Description of the project
Nabulsia dough is a unique variant of Kunafa dough, the composition of which is enriched with a harmonious blend of butter and margarine. This exclusive dough is the very foundation for the creation of the delicate Nabulsia dish. A carefully crafted composition of Nabulsia dough and cheesy layers form the core of this culinary masterpiece.
Ingredients
WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT STARCH, MILK, sugar, salt, rapeseed oil, animal fat (cow), vegetable fat (soybean oil, palm oil).
Preparation:
- Oil the pan evenly and turn on the oven at 250°C.
- Spread half of the dough evenly in the oiled mold and press it down with the palm of your hand so that the dough sticks together.
- Add the desired amount of mozzarella cheese and place the mold in the oven.
- When the edges of the dough turn color, take out the mold and add the rest of the dough. Then turn the Nabulsian over into a new mold and drizzle hot syrup on it.
- Tip. Add saffron or cardamom to the syrup for a better taste.
Storage:
Deep-frozen. In freezer compartment (-18 °C, or colder). Should not be refrozen after thawing.
