Nabulsia with mozzarella cheese
Ingredients & Equipment:
- Baking Dish
- 400g Nabulsia Dough
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Butter
Preparation:
Preparing the Dish:
- Evenly grease the baking dish and preheat the oven to 250°C.
Handling the Nabulsia Dough:
- Spread a thin layer of Nabulsia dough evenly in the greased dish.
- Press the dough down with your palm to keep it together.
Add Mozzarella Cheese:
- Spread the desired amount of mozzarella cheese over the dough.
Baking:
- Place the dish in the oven.
- When the edges of the dough start to color, remove the dish and add another layer of dough.
- Flip the Nabulsia onto a new dish and drizzle warm syrup over it.
Alternative Cooking Method on the Stove:
- When cooking on the stove, use low heat and continuously rotate the dish for even cooking.
Enhance the Flavor:
- For an extra delicious flavor, add saffron or cardamom to the syrup.
